History
Kithood & Apprenticehood
- Born to Starling and Willow, alongside his twin brother Silver.
- His father sided with the old Star and was taken to the Oak after the battle
- His mother distraught, still gave birth to their younger brother Flint.
- Even in his youth Jay was dedicated to the idea of becoming a Hunting Apprentice.
- He was a large and powerfully built tom, but with a lot of flexability in his limbs that he felt could be of use.
- Began training as a Hunter, and while he struggled at first, he eventually was able to reroute his natural strength to be of use to Hunters.
Adulthood
- Grew up in a community where the new Star was disliked, and naturally moved towards the belief he was a mistake.
- Would never want to actually harm the Star, but still believes a better Cat would be suited.
- When the Star and his Council were taken ill, Jay accepted Lily's explanation that the gods had smited them down.
- He is however, hesitant about following Lily, while she is a Warrior, she does not strike him as a natural Leader.
